This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between LUNX Financial LLC (“Clixlet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”). By applying to or participating in the Clixlet Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1 Enrollment in the Program

To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application through our affiliate registration process. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Acceptance into the Program does not imply any future acceptance of applications.

2 Affiliate Responsibilities

(a) You agree to actively promote Clixlet’s services to potential customers using ethical and legal marketing practices.

(b) You must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

(c) You may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to false advertising, spamming, or unauthorized use of Clixlet’s trademarks and branding materials.

3 Affiliate Links and Tracking

(a) Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate link to track referrals. In order for a sale to be attributed to you, your unique affiliate link must be used at the time of purchase.

(b) It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly integrated into your promotional materials.

(c) Your unique affiliate link will be provided to you via email upon approval into the program, or it can be found in the affiliate portal by logging in with your credentials at affiliate.clixlet.com. However, access to the affiliate portal and your unique link will only be available after you have successfully joined the program. If you have not officially requested to join and been approved, you will not find any affiliate link available in the portal.

(d) Clixlet is not responsible for any tracking errors resulting from improper use of affiliate links, failure to use the correct link, or technical issues beyond our control.

4 Commission Structure

(a) You will earn a commission for each new customer who subscribes to Clixlet’s services using your affiliate link and remains an active, paying subscriber.

(b) Commissions are recurring and will continue for as long as the referred customer maintains an active, paid subscription with Clixlet. If the referred customer stops paying for their subscription, all commissions associated with that customer will immediately cease.

(c) The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate dashboard and may be subject to change. Any changes to the commission rate will be communicated to you in advance.

5 Payment of Commissions

(a) Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out on the 15th of the month following the payment made by the referred customer. For example, if a referred customer makes a payment in January, the affiliate commission will be paid on February 15th.

(b) Payments will be made via the payment method specified in your affiliate account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

(c) A minimum commission balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the next month.

(d) Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable state, federal, or international taxes related to their earnings from the Program. Clixlet will not withhold any taxes on behalf of Affiliates.

6 Term and Termination

(a) This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.

(b) Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

(c) Upon termination, you will cease all promotional activities related to Clixlet, and any unpaid commissions will be paid out according to the regular payout schedule, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

7 Modification of Agreement

Clixlet reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

Clixlet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

9 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10 Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Clixlet. You are an independent contractor, and you are responsible for all taxes and liabilities associated with your participation in the Program.

11 Confidentiality

Any non-public information that you obtain about Clixlet as a result of your participation in the Program shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without Clixlet’s prior written consent.

12 Acceptance of Terms

By applying to and participating in the Clixlet Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
