No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of SaaS software and digital subscriptions, Clixlet does not offer refunds for any payments made, including but not limited to:

– Monthly or annual subscription fees

– Additional usage-based charges that are billed separately from the base subscription. These charges are incurred on an a la carte basis and include, but are not limited to:

(a) Calls, texts, and emails sent through Clixlet’s platform, which are charged per use.

(b) AI-generated responses and automation tools that are billed based on usage.

(c) Purchases of WhatsApp lines, phone lines, or any other third-party service add-ons, which are charged at the time of activation.

– Any other services or features that require separate payments beyond the standard subscription fee.

Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to use the service.

Subscription Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your access to Clixlet will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time or features.

To cancel your subscription, you must:

– Log into your Clixlet account and navigate to the subscription settings.

– Follow the cancellation instructions before your next renewal date.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the next billing cycle being charged, and no refunds will be issued for that charge.
